Signs Your Chakras Are Not in Balance

If you have been making a lot of mistakes lately or not feeling like yourself, chances are that you could have an imbalance of your chakra system.  A chakra is the energy that goes throughout your body and even though there are hundreds of them, there are seven that make up the main chakra.  These chakras line up along the central channel of your body which is called the shushumna nadi.

The chakras and the shushumna nadi are the power centers that go to the left and right channel and then they intersect in the middle.  They make up the psycho-power centers known as the “subtle body.”  This means that it is different than your physical body and mind but that it is as impactful and powerful for the whole system.  The body system works well when the chakras and the nadis are open and they are allowed to go through your system easily.  If there is any kind of change or disease in the body it can cause there to be an imbalance.  It is important to have harmony so if you are feeling different, we need to see why.

If you feel that you are out of balance, think about what you have been doing with your body, your thought, your food, etc.  Have you had a chance in your life circumstances, have you moved or travelled?  Is the weather different?  Hot or too cold?  All of these things can impact your whole body.

In yogo and Ayurveda, chakras play a huge role in the human body and it means that you have heat in your body such as anger or food indigestion and when you add more heat such as being aggravated or eating spicy food, it will increase.  If you add the opposite, of course, such as fruit or a cold shower, you will feel better and more in balance.
